Call for proposals
The 3rd Encounter on Practices of Research in Arts Education will be held at Teatro Helena Sá e Costa (23rd and 24th March 2015).
PhD students in the field of arts education are welcome to send their proposals.
This conference invites applications from postgraduate students in the arts education field with an interest in presenting, reflecting and discussing their ongoing PhD research. The participants are intended to present a state of their work, focusing the methodological and theoretical inscriptions, as well as the main issues that they would like to be discussed with the attendees. The event will be drawn in 2 formats: lectures and presentation sessions. Leading international researchers will give lectures and offer advice concerning each research process. The PhD students will present their works in the presentation sessions. There will be also the opportunity to discuss the Phd research thesis with other fellow Phd candidates.
Rules for proposals:
The proposals should have an abstract (max. 500 words), a theoretical framework (300 words), the questions to be discussed, and references.
The conference language is English.

3rd March authors will be notified about the acceptance of their submission!

20€ – i2ADS members / teachers and students of the University of Porto.
30€ – Public in general
